How much does move-out prep cost?
It's quoted after a free walkthrough, based on the size of the home and how much there is to sort.
How far ahead should I book?
Three to four weeks before moving day. More notice leaves time to edit and reduce before packing starts.
Can you set up the new place too?
Yes. Move-in setup picks up where this leaves off, so the same person handles both ends.
Do I need to be home?
Yes, for the walkthrough and while we decide what stays. I don't make those calls without you.
